  • Keep  legislative priorities in front of SD5 legislators. Enlist grassroots involvement in the legislative process.

About Susan...

Susan is a Christian and Conservative Republican activist and an Aggie who prior to retirement was a Technology Project Manager for a major international bank.

She resides in Bryan/ Brazos County. Susan….

  • Served as SREC SD5 committeewoman since 2022, Is currently on Rules and Legislative Priorities committees including Election Integrity and Parental Rights sub-committees.
  • During 2023 Legislative session advocated and testified for Legislative Priority bills at the Capitol 2 or 3 times a week.
  • Participated as delegate or alternate every Texas Republican State Convention since 2008.
  • Actively supported National, state, and local candidates including travel to Iowa , Ohio, and Georgia.
  • Served as Secretary/candidate liaison for Grassroots Victory 2020 which planned and hosted large CD17 Republican primary candidate forums in College Station, Waco, and Jewett, 2022 Republican Primary Governor forum in Brazos County, and local forums in 2024.
  • Poll watched Central count in Brazos County primary/runoff since 2020.
  • Received Champion of Liberty award in 2022
  • Tracked and posted action items for calls, emails, and letters to individual legislators and committees throughout the regular and special sessions to maximize the participation of SD5 county voters.
  • Served as interviewer, candidate liaison and/or interview organizer for vetting/endorsement for county primaries and local elections in Denton County 2016 through 2018
